“Podemos agendar isto para um momento em que eu esteja mais desafogado?”
- Comunique as suas boas intenções
“Estou comprometido a fazer um bom trabalho, por isso preciso dizer não para garantir a qualidade das minhas entregas”
- Peça ajuda para melhor priorizar
“Consegue ajudar-me a definir quais atividades devo priorizar? Estou na minha capacidade com as minhas responsabilidades.”
- Negocie recursos e suporte
“Para levar esta atividade/projeto adiante, preciso de algum suporte. É possível?”
- Apresente alternativas
“Não consigo priorizar isto neste exato momento..” O que acha de…. (solução alternativa)”

Muitos dos nossos insucessos em negociar coisas estão relacionados à nossa forma de comunicar. É claro que haverá momentos em que você terá que repriorizar rotas, e até mesmo ter o seu prato mais cheio do que devia, porque nem sempre conseguimos ter uma agenda totalmente equilibrada.
